Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- The contact form: your name, email address and message (required), and your company, phone number and topic (optional). We use them to answer you and, if the conversation goes on, to prepare an offer.
- With the message we receive the page it was sent from, that page's language and the time. It helps us understand what the question is about.
- If you write to us directly by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber, we receive what you send there, which that app also processes under its own rules.
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4), only if you choose "Allow cookies" in the cookie prompt. Without that consent the page contacts no Google service at all.
- To protect the form from robots, the server keeps a cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address for one hour, to limit how many messages can be sent. Without a secret key held on the server, the fingerprint cannot be turned back into the address.
Legal basis
Answering your message and preparing an offer happen at your request, as steps before a possible contract, and in our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us. Visit statistics are collected only on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We apply the law of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection and, for visitors in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Who else has access
- Hostinger, our hosting and email provider: the site and the mailbox your message arrives in are with them.
- Google, only after your consent, for visit statistics. Google may transfer this data outside the European Union, including to the United States.
- No one else. We do not sell, rent or pass on data for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Messages: for as long as the conversation lasts and at most three years after the last message, then we delete them. If the conversation becomes a contract, the contract documents are kept as long as the law requires.
- Visit statistics: at most 14 months, the limit set in Google Analytics.
- The anti-robot fingerprints: one hour. A single technical sample of the addresses the server sees is kept for at most 30 days, for diagnosis.
Cookies and browser storage
Without your consent the site sets no cookie. In your browser's storage it keeps only two values: the theme you chose (itmd-theme) and your answer to the cookie question (itmd-consent), so it does not ask on every page.
If you choose "Allow cookies", Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which tell a returning visitor from a new one. You can change the choice at any time with the "Cookies" button at the foot of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use or to receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing and withdraw your consent to statistics. Write to mail@itin.md: we answer within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova or, if you live in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country.
Changes
If we change how we use data, we update this page and the date above. A change that would need new consent does not apply without it.
